Price will depend on the amount of stubbies you wish to order and the delivery location. A price list is available on the website and you can obtain your own quote or contact us to confirm. Payments can be made via credit card or direct bank deposit.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
There are two options:
- Select the design you would like, input the amount of stubbies, colours, text and upload any images that you require and proceed to pay online. We will then send a proof of the design for you to approve before we print anything.
- Email us your custom design or ideas and we will you assist you from there.
CAN YOU DO URGENT ORDERS?
We are happy to accommodate urgent orders when we can, however an addition priority fee and express postage may be applied.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, we encourage it.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS?
The only additional costs that may apply are for priority orders or if you require the stubbies to be personalised individually. Our prices apply to any design and include artwork within reason.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR LARGE ORDERS?
The more you order, the less you pay per stubby!
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Not at all, you are welcome to order a single stubby if you wish.
CAN I ORDER ONE PRINTED STUBBY HOLDER?
WHAT COLOURS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRINTING?
We are able to colour match to most colours although we suggest that you provide a physical colour sample if you have specific requirements as all screen show colours differently. We are not able to offer shiny, metallic, iridescent or holographic colours.
IF I NEED A FULL COLOUR PRINT, WHAT DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE?
All of our designs are printed in full colour. All that we need from you are sn image or logo if required, any text or words, the colours of your choice or even a simple description of the design you would like.
HOW CAN I PROVIDE YOU WITH MY PHOTOS AND LOGO AND WHAT FORMAT DO THEY NEED TO BE IN?
You can send them as an attachment in your order form, or via email to email@example.com. The larger and higher resolution the better! We prefer artwork to be supplied in a vector format such as EPS, colour-separated PDF or Ai file, however JPEG and PNG files are acceptable. If creating your own design, the dimensions of the panel are 215 x 110 mm, with details required to be 5 mm in from the edges and an additional 5 mm required on all sides to allow for bleed.
CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE BEFORE I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHAT IF I HAVE A GOOD IDEA OF THE DESIGN BUT I DON’T HAVE ANY ARTWORK?
Contact us to discuss your ideas and we will work with you to develop a design that suits your needs.
CAN I CHOOSE FROM A RANGE OF DESIGNS?
Absolutely. You can choose and modify any of the designs on our website or create your own from scratch.
CAN I USE YOUR DESIGN BUT WITH MY TEXT?
Absolutely. You can change any of the text on our designs and if you have a different font in mind, just let us know.
CAN THE COLOUR IN THE BACKGROUND BE CHANGED?
Absolutely. We can change the background and text colours to pretty much anything.
CAN THE COLOUR SCHEME OF MY EVENT TO BE USED IN THE DESIGN FOR THE STUBBY HOLDERS?
Absolutely, just let us know what you would like to be incorporated.
MY BRIDESMAID DRESS COLOUR IS WHAT I WANT IN THE DESIGN. SHOULD I SEND A PHOTO OR A MATERIAL SWATCH?
If you are able to send through a swatch, that would be perfect, otherwise send photos of your desired colour in different lighting so we can accurately colour match it.
IF I HAVE HALF OF MY ORDER PRINTED IN ONE COLOUR AND THE OTHER HALF IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR, DOES THAT COST MORE?
No, we won’t charge you more for a colour change.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO USE ANY OF THE DESIGNS ON THE WEBSITE?
That’s fine! We would love to use any of your supplied designs or we can help you develop a new one.
TO CREATE MY OWN DESIGN, WHAT WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?
We need to know what colours, text, photos, images or logos you would like to use. If you’re really stuck for designs you can give us a brief description and we’ll send you a design proof!
DO THE STUBBY HOLDERS HAVE A BASE?
Yes, although you can request our stubbies without one.
WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY AND HOW IS IT CALCULATED?
Our stubbies are sent via courier and the cost is calculated from our postcode to yours. Unfortunately our courier is unable to deliver to P.O boxes.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
From the time you approve your final design proof, we dispatch orders within two weeks. If you are working to a tighter timeframe, please contact us directly and we can usually accommodate this.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery will depend on your location in relation to Perth, but the maximum delivery timeframe is usually around 10 business days.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM?
You are welcome to collect your order from the Mr Stubby Office in Beckenham, WA, and save on delivery costs.
